Precoated Sand Casting Parts
Precoated sand casting is a kind of casting technique that produces casting parts with high quality surfaces and high dimensional accuracy. It is suitable for producing small and medium-sized parts and thin-walled parts. Featuring by high production efficiency, it can be used to cast stainless steel, steel alloy and other materials at a price of much lower than silica sol investment casting.
This technique applies to cast sanitary ware, pipe fittings, valve bodies and valve plates, water meter bodies, etc.

Expandable Pattern Shell Mold Casting Stainless Steel Parts
Expandable pattern shell mold casting, also known as lost foam casting or expandable casting process, is a casting technique that produces ceramic shells via EPS white molds. Similar to silica sol investment casting, it produces casting parts with high-quality casting surfaces and high dimensional accuracy. It can be used to cast stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials. It is suitable for producing medium and large parts and complex parts that have a weight of 30 kg above and a size of 300 mm above. Due to its high dimensional accuracy, it greatly reduces the machining allowance, thereby lowering the casting and processing costs. Compared with sand casting, it can greatly reduce casting costs, especially when casting complex parts such as shells and impellers. Due to the use of EPC molds, large stainless steel castings can be customized in small batches without opening the mold.
This technique applies to cast impellers, wind wheels, housings and casings, boxes, pipe fittings and special-shaped parts.
